1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Umrah Visa Photo ("Service"), operated by Enigma Systems LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Umrah Visa Photo is an AI-powered photo processing service that produces Nusuk-compliant visa photos for Saudi Arabia Umrah visa applications. The Service processes user-uploaded photos to meet the specific technical requirements set by Saudi Arabia's Nusuk platform.

While we strive to produce compliant photos, we cannot guarantee acceptance by Nusuk or any government authority, as requirements may change or additional factors outside our control may affect acceptance.

3. Pricing and Payment

The Service is priced at $4.99 USD per photo. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card information.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if your processed photo is rejected by the Nusuk platform. To request a refund, contact us at support@umrah.photo with your order details and evidence of the rejection. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos you upload to the Service. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process it for the purpose of delivering the Service. Uploaded photos and processed results are deleted from our servers after order fulfillment.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose; upload photos of individuals without their consent; attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; or use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Enigma Systems LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that processed photos will be accepted by any government authority.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enigma Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Washington.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
