We use your information to process your uploaded photo, deliver your processed photo to your email address, process your payment, and respond to support inquiries related to your order.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded photos and processed results are deleted from our servers after order fulfillment. We do not retain copies of your photos. Your email address may be retained for order records and support purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

Stripe — processes payments securely. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your payment card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data they process.

Resend — delivers your processed photo via email. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for delivery purposes.

Umami — provides anonymous, privacy-focused website analytics. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, does not track visitors across websites, and does not store IP addresses. Only anonymous, aggregated usage data is collected (page views, referrer URLs, browser type, device type, and country).

6. Cookies

We do not use cookies. Our analytics provider (Umami) is cookie-less by design. Stripe may use cookies strictly necessary for payment processing.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Photos are processed on secure servers and deleted after fulfillment.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
